Leigh Brown Joins Miconex as Director of Customer Success

Miconex is delighted to announce that Leigh Brown, former Chair of the ATCM, has joined them to head up their client success programme. Leigh joins Miconex at an exciting time for the company as it expands into North America and Ireland. 

Leigh will work alongside the current team to support clients to grow their gift card programmes to help support local economies and businesses. Support will also be provided for Mi Rewards clients to ensure that their loyalty programmes gather vital data and provide ways for local businesses to engage with and reward consumers.

In her previous role at Perth and Kinross Council, as the City Centre Manager, Leigh worked with Miconex to develop and launch both a gift card programme and Mi Rewards, a payment-linked loyalty solution. Having been a practitioner running and delivering these programmes successfully Leigh is an ideal fit for the leading the Client Success Programme.
